First of all, let me give a huge thank you to all the open house advice I received. Rest assured that I will put it to good use, and let everyone know how it works. All the ideas also got the wheels turning with some of my own ideas, that I will test and gladly pass along if they work.

Open Houses...I Need Advice - 05/30/11 10:44 AM
Hello again everyone! So, it's time for me to once again reach out to the AR community on a question that I have. I do several open houses in my area. I am pretty much the go-to guy in our office for that. I love doing them, because I've been an agent for less than a year, and it's a great opportunity to meet potential clients, as well as the chance to sell a home in the process.

HUD Closing Nightmare - 05/25/11 09:27 PM
Ok. Let me preface this by saying thank you to everyone involved in this process from the selling agent, to the title company, to my lending officer, and most of all to my client.
I am currently in what seems like has been an endless delay to close a HUD property. The house is a very good purchase for my client, and everything she hoped to get in her new home. Oh Active Rain community, how I've missed you!!!! It's been way too long since I've been on here, but I'm back again in full force.
Since we've last seen each other, the new addition to the family has arrived. She was born on April 28, and was born twice. (YES TWICE).
