This is the Stimulas Package that we needed to help move the 100k and under and the 100k to 150k market in Real Estate. I have even heard some people in the Industry say that we might have a Tax Credit next year as well. The property tax cap here in Indiana that is coming up I think will start to help the Luxury Market as well. Look to see taxes cut in Half on some of your 500k and up homes when this tax goes through.;)
