Looking for an alternative to The Highlands - Try Edgewater - 07/15/09 10:38 PM
A recent client of mine just bought a home in Edgewater, a small town in the Northwest Denver area located near Sloans lake.  We tried for quite a while to find a home in the $200K range in The Highlands, LoHi, or Berkeley, but things were either too dilapidated, or just too expensive. 
So, I tried looking a little further west of Sheridan Blvd and found similar style homes on some great streets just west of Sloans lake.  From Edgewater you can get to the Highlands Square area and the 45th and Tennyson area in just minutes.  Also, there is quick access to … (2 comments)
