Buying the Right Neighborhood - 05/17/10 10:40 AM
I do a lot of relocation business in Denver so I'm always in my car with clients showing them neighborhoods and homes.  I love the Denver Relocation business because Denver sells itself and people are excited to move here from other places.
Some of the things I've found myself saying to Relocating Buyers is to:
1)  Pick a neighborhood that is consistent.  A neighborhood that has only ranch houses or historical homes will have a distinct amount of appeal and a consistent value so you don't make a mistake and overpay.
