<pre style="text-align: justify;"> Todd a note for you to post on your new website </pre>
<pre style="text-align: justify;">"With rent being as high as it is I recently decided to purchase a home of my own and
make away with the dreaded rent payments, which ultimately go towards paying someone
else's bills. With this being my first home one might say I am a little
inexperienced with the home buying process. I found a home online which I was
interested in, I contacted the listed realtor, oblivious to the fact that you could
use outside real estate agents that the home was not listed under. My first
experience in the home buying world turned out to be a very bitter one. I was
connected with a very cold, unapproachable realtor who in the end made me feel that
I was simply dollar sings and nothing more. I was very discouraged and did not know
what steps to take next as I did not want to continue renting. I was then passed the
name Todd Hogan threw a friend of mine. Numerous showings later I have now found the
perfect starter home. Throughout this journey to home ownership I found Todd to be
very invested, putting several long nights into ensuring that I found the home that
I wanted. He was very approachable, very patient and open to the numerous questions
which he was faced with by an inexperience home buyer. He took the time to find out
my wants and likes were and in the end he found exactly that. I feel that Todd went
above and beyond in ensuring my happiness with my new home. I felt very comfortable
with Todd throughout what some may describe as a stressful time. Todd will
definitely be my realtor of choice should I need one in the future. ~Andrea ~
