There's one question I get as a speaker and coach ... more than any other question. And it goes something like this... "Tom, you've got a lot of energy, what's your secret?" For me it's real simple: Eating right, working out, and having a lot of fun with my family. Then people typically then go on and ask, "So what kind of workouts do you do?"
