Hello activerainers and aficionados
Recently I did a seminar with a well known Investor and lender showing the great chance of ownership of Four families with little of oon money down, non-owner occupied.  the seminar drew a couple hundred participants out of which 6 have already started their portfolios. I have been involved in Commercial and Investment Real Estate since 1985, and if any one has a referral that they would like to make some money on please feel free to contact me. Real Estate and Health - 07/05/07 03:35 PM
To all my fellow activerainers and aficionados.
I was forced to take a break today because my health went down fast, and really fast. It seems at the laat of just about falling I remember my friend JO in Canada, my Dog, my Son, and it all went down after that.
The Point I would like to suggest to all og you , and I say this from practical experience, is to keep your health, and every aspect of it,
