It is another cold day in Wisconsin. I might add though it is in the teens regarding temperature and I will take that rather than below zero weather, and all the snow.
Recently, I found myself driving through down town Milwaukee and was marveled by all the new building, and the new billions of dollars of highways going through the City.
As big as Milwaukee will get you still cannot help to have a sense of security, and the average person walking down Wisconsin Avenue, or Michigan Avenue, still lends you that warm, kind smile.

Almost the end of January, and it could not be colder. Enough snow has fallen, but there will be a lot more yet. Being the internal optimist I like to think I am I think that soon March will be going out like a lamb and it will be time for the flowers to start pointing their little heads above the ground.
It comes faster than we think; for that matter I think it would be the same application for life.

It may have been another cold morning in Wisconsin with plenty of more snow, but I can tell that Spring is right around the corner.
I really cannot think of a better time to buy a home. The interest rates are really low, the choice of availaible homes is plenty, and what a better time to buy than now.

Here we are already into January and it is in the fifties. Shortly the little heads of plants will be sticking their heads up out of the ground. The birds will chirp more  and Spring will be here. I love Spring and every day I get up I believe we are that much closer to the fine season. The market is picking up, the houses are selling, and it is getting great.
