I keep track of all my expireds that were going to relist right after the holidays, I keep track of all the buyers I have groomed over the last year that told me they would be ready to buy that home this year, and my clients that told me in fall that they would be ready to purchase that special home in the beginning of the new year are doing just that. It will not be too long and I will be heading back for warmer weather but if I ever needed a tune up of what cold weather is like I will get one today. For those that don't know what it is like you really have to experience it to have a clue. 20 degrees below zero is like nothing you could ever endure. I would think many would concur and remember this and just turn their head thinking of the poor souls enduring it. I can actually remember times of it being a wind chill of 55 degrees below zero.

I used to love that commercial; the poor guy tired as could be walking down the street and sidewalk early in the morning on the way to open his Dunkin donuts shop, muttering "time to make the donuts, time to make the donuts" The end of the commercial shows him smiling away with all his claim to fame behind him.
