Waukesha to Oconomowoc with real estate in Waukesha County; We are still working harder than a rented mule!

The economy and life in Waukesha County real estate was up in the air for some time but we are finding ourselves buried in work and we would not want it any other way. It is true that they extended the first time buyer tax credit and even better they have a credit for existing home buyersthat are looking to move up.. What's this all about? Want to know more? Better yet, want to take advantage of the present credits that are available? You don't have to be in a position of meeting that fork in the road. Real estate, whether you are buying or selling in Waukesha County takes patience and discipline.

My friends and clients in the Waukesha County real estate market: The charming Johanna Marcz and her dog Lucky

I am really happy to have some pretty amazing clients and friends in the Waukesha County real estate market, and when they are looking at homes for sale in Brookfield Wisconsin or Waukesha Wisconsin, or even Hartland or Delafield Wisconsin. One that will always stay on the top of my memories is Johanna Marcz. Mrs. Marcz takes her dog "Lucky" for a three mile walk everyday, does water aerobics, is in her seventies, and is one of the most charming ladies I have ever met. Absolute class, and a magnificent human being. I recently had the opportunity to sell some real estate for Johanna Marcz and I look forward to helping her and her wonderful son Robert Marcz in a couple months with another transaction. Funny, some people will always leave a lasting memory on me and they give me a sense of how good the world really is. Mrs. Marcz is such a person; what she does for others is amazing. Mrs Marcz is a role model foreveryone. She came from Austria/Germany after WWII and has total recall of hard it really was growing up. She came to the U.S. and learned how to speak English, worked her way through college, had a wonderful husband named Frank, and she has two wonderful sons as well; Tom and Robert. After you leave after visiting Mrs Marcz you take a puritan work attitude of "work hard and it will pay off for you" with you and believe me, this charming woman is an example of what I hope my son will one day see; that happiness lies within, as well as does salvation, and family and love of people, oneself, and God really make a person know each day that we live for the day and we do it with passion. Thank you Mrs Marcz, and thank you Robert, it was a pleasure to work with you and I was fortunate to meet a new friend in you.

Allright; that Law of Attraction thing can kick in anytime now!

Anyone that works really hard at selling real estate in the Waukesha County market will tell you that everyday they get a reality check, or have to tell a client something, well, sometimes that might not be that easy. Seller: "Why isn't my home selling?" Straight forward agent: "That's because I told you we were competing with lots of homes and we are overpriced. In order for the home to sell we need to have all the stars lining up, then we can get to a successful closing.Your home is still very cluttered and the others are immaculate and are set in a stage where the buyer can visualize and get a concept of what the rooms really lend to." Being positive is crucial in Waukesha County real estate, and being realistic is ever so important.

I see everyday three factors that can hurt a market; The correct pricing of a home, the presence and condition of the home, and the need for both parties of a transaction, and agents, to work in harmony. Always pulling positive thought into the circle, and putting positive thoughts out there goes without saying it can help like crazy. Sometimes killing something with kindness will get you far. Not that I feel like I need to be the obsequious one, but you get what I mean. I can tell you one thing, constant negativism and putting lots of bad thoughts and scenarios has the same draw as the good ones. Make no mistake about it; you can create a self defeating prophecy even before you get going at something. It took a long time to figure out exactly how to use ActiveRain to it's true potential, but it certainly pays off now. Happy sellers and buyers, leads like no tomorrow, and alearning process from some great agents and mentors in the www.activerain.com sector that I truly look up to.

There's an old joke, and kind of crude but it sheds light: A woman is having a hard time figuring out what to give her kids for Christmas, one is a pessimist and the other an optimist. Here friend the psychologist suggests she asks the pessimist what he wants and give it to the optimist, and ask the optimist what he wants and give it to the pessimist. When asked the optimist says "Mom it's hard this year, but maybe a new bike?" The pessimist says "I don't care, a bag of crap for all I care." Come Christmas morning the pessimist is saying "A bike? Great, now I am really going to hurt myself!" Meanwhile, the optimist is digging thru the bag and throwing manure everywhere. "Son, what are you doing,?" asks the mom to which the optimist replies "Mom, there is bound to be a pony somewhere in this bag."

Somethings will never change in the Waukesha County Life: relocating to Waukesha County,Wisconsin

Seasons come and go in the Waukesha County real estate market, and the Waukesha County Life. Waukesha County and Wisconsin are really pretty spectacular in every season. Winter is right around the corner in full force and all the snow will blanket the country side and farms like a post card. Spring is outstanding in all it's glory. New growth brings the arrival of the blossoms on the apple, pear, and cherry trees, as well as everything else that can grow in the famous Wisconsin agriculture conditions. Summer with all the lakes, events, and adventures always seems to be a little too short each year. Fall is a busy time; the farmers are harvesting the last of their field corn and turning over the soil. Leaves have all been swept and burnt, or at least the good intentions to rake them greets us everyday until it's done.

Every year goes by and kids get older, friends will always strive to make time to get to have that occasion or must to get together, and old times as well as new times make the waukeshacountylife memorable, enjoyable, peaceful, and easy to enjoy. I wish I could show you this great county. Saturday with my son Spencer in the Waukesha County real estate market: Our trip to the Nostalgic candy store; Do you have a sweet tooth?

It was a long day in the Waukesha County Real Estate market so my son Spencer decided since we went to the cheese factory last Saturday (see Saturday with my son Spencer in Waukesha County to Dodge County: Our trip to the Widmer's cheese factory ) we should visit the candy store across the street. Confections For Any Occasion is a wonderful candy store that just so happens to have heavenly chocolates. Confections For Any Occasion has a great selection, great atmosphere, and very friendly people working in it. The counter help Rachel was very pleasant and helped my son Spencer with everything he needed to know about the superb candy at Confections For Any Occasion. The owner of the shop Joel became interested in candy making in his advanced baking class where he learned to make chocolate truffles. Since Joel is blind candy making is something that he discovered he could excel in. Confections For Any Occasion started in the year 2000 and has been going strong. He started his business in a local restaurant's kitchen to make his candy and other confections. After a few years Joel outgrew his current facility and wanted to open his own store. In December of 2002 Joel opened his candy shop in downtown Theresa, Wisconsin.

Decisions, Decisions; nothing like watching your 14 year old make up his mind on what arsenal of candy he will poccess for the next few days. A 14 year old that is 6'1", wears a size 13 1/2 shoe, and eats like a coal furnace can consume a lot of toffee, turtles, and peanut cups, as well as everything else candy. Wisconsin Bee Keeping and Waukesha County Real estate: Becoming a Creature of Habit.

We have a couple days of warm weather, and then we have some that are cold. The nights in Wisconsin are colder, and like anything else in life, cycles take place. I began to think about when I was a Wisconsin bee keeper not too long ago, how much I enjoyed it, and how it was very similar to Waukesha County Real Estate at times. If they have not done it by now a lot of Wisconsin Bee farmers will go out to their colonies , or have went out to their colonies, and after they clean the colonies, put a large sugar cake in the colony, and put a mite strip in there to protect to the colony, they will wrap the protection around the colony so the bees can get ready for Spring. The Queen will be checked to see how she is doing, the drones and workers as well. The hives with be checked for any pests or animals that may have tried to get at them, and in short, the colony will be secured until April when the colony will be opened for the bees to start their active plans. One can never understand the feeling that comes with bee keeping. Nature really took some time out and perfected the ritual. The sad thing is bees are vanishing at an alarming rate and when they are gone, there is a good chance the earth as we know it will be totally different.

Bees will go out up to seven miles and more to find flowers and flora to pollinate. In return there is nectar. I could get into the bad rap Honey bees get being put into the same categories as other bees, wasps, and hornets get classified into.That would be a whole post and it would be sad that by the time I got done you would realize how really important Honey bees play a part of life daily on earth. Further, man is doing his best to destroy them as well, and may not even know it. Awfully sad. A little trivia; the only food known to man that will never spoil, even in respect to age, is honey. Between cell phone signals, pesticides, magnetic polarities, and more factors, bees are diminishing in large numbers. Can you imagine a day when nothing, or very little is pollinated? I was a Wisconsin farmer and I can tell you that will be a sad day.

Good real estate practices allows a person to see the organized skills paying off in their business, making sure the New Years goals are written, and ones game plan is exercised each day with consistency. Running my real estate business is really not that different from when I was a Bee keeper. The important thing that I always want to remain focused on is having an agenda. Soon I will be a part time farmer, and a bee keep again, and it will all be an adjustment; an adjustment that I will always welcome like the new business day that greets me everyday no matter where I am enjoying it. In the Waukesha County Real Estate market it's all productivity.

Veterans Day is November 11th, 2009, this Wednesday.The other night I was watching another Ken Burn special on PBS entitled "The War" A phenomenal documentary following World War II and the people, the soldiers, the world. There really isn't a day that goes by when I don't thank my lucky stars for having the privilege and honor of living in the greatest country in the world, the United States. In the Waukesha County real estate market and the rest of Wisconsin, and the United States people know that freedom came with a price, a commitment, and a sacrifice.Whether you are a veteran from World War II, Vietnam, the Gulf War, the Nicaraguan war, and any war or conflict for that matter I thank you for allowing me to have the freedom I do have, and the ability to walk, talk, and interact in a country where other countries may not be so entitled to these same privileges. To all the veterans alive, who have served, and to all that gave their life so unselfishly so I can live the life I want, where I want, I sincerely say Thank you, thank you very much." If you never have been in a cheese factory and totally got the scope of what they do I would suggest one time in life that you do. We work really hard during the week and I just needed a little more bonding time with my son Spencer. In the Waukesha County real estate market it gets pretty hectic and when I have a moment I like to hang out with my little guy. When he got up this morning I mentioned to him that we should go for a ride and look at the country side and possibly go to Theresa, Wisconsin, which is home to Widmer's Cheese Cellars

These folks make amazing cheese and as I drove I thought about the packages I am going to put together for some agent friends; friends that live in too much desert, agent friends that think their state makes good cheese, and unexpected friends that will just enjoy it. Lots of fields went by, many beautiful and glorious cows, rolling hills and meadows, streams and lakes; it was just what makes an afternoon with ones son that more enjoyable.

Widmer's still has the tours while making the cheese and I can tell you their brick cheese, cheddar, muenster cheese is superb, and my son Spencer has been eating cheese curds all day non stop; that leads me to believe they hit home and he gives his approval.

Widmer's has been in business for a long time and they are master cheesemakers. In fact, Wisconsin is the only state that has a master cheesemakers program required. The story of Widmer's Cheese begins over 80 years ago, when our founder, John O. Widmer, left Switzerland to come to America. Dodge County Wisconsin was already one of the most famous cheese producing regions of the world, . As did manySwiss immigrants, John O. Widmer became a cheese maker. John worked in various cheese factories as an apprentice before settling in Theresa Wisconsin in 1922. Widmer's Cheese Cellars offers a Wisconsin original, Wisconsin Brick cheese, a cheese of unsurpassed distinction. Methods for making cheese vary according to the type of cheese, but the basic manufacturing process for all cheese is essentially the same as the one we use to make Widmer Brick. The fresh, sweet milk is picked up at nearby farms and brought to the cheese factory via bulk truck.
