Here is how I do it; You will need: Turkey - the more the better ‘cause I like it chunky. Use at least 4 cups of chopped up white or dark meat and as much as 6 cups. 1 medium (4 comments)
Home Sale Activity - Oak Mountain Area - 12/26/09 12:12 PM
The Oak Mountain area of Birmingham, Alabama, is located in North Shelby County including Greystone, Brook Highland and the area between HWY 280 and I-65. Oak Mountain State Park is the south border and the Cahaba River and Jefferson County line is the north border. This valley boasts beautiful large oak trees and in my opinion is one of the prettiest parts of the state. Students are serviced by both Hoover City Schools or Shelby County (Oak Mt High School) depending on where you live. This area is located only 10 miles from downtown Birmingham, but because of the popularity of (0 comments)
Good News in Real Estate - Hoover Alabama - 12/21/09 04:02 PM
Last month's issue of Forbes magazine ranked the Birmingham-Hoover metro area 28th among 100 U.S. "Best Bang for your Buck" housing markets. That's not the cheapest, but the best deal. To make the list, cities were evaluated in: housing affordability, travel time and unemployment rates. Birmingham ranked highest in low real estate taxes (3rd) and strong job forecasts (7th). We are lucky to live in such a great city where our ups and down are not as drastic as other parts of the country. As we hear good news daily about the economy we look around to see what is happening (0 comments)

Time for Good News in Real Estate - 12/16/09 09:27 AM
It is December and everyone is busy getting ready for the holidays. My husband Tim and I will be working at the Boy Scout Christmas Tree lot this afternoon and that is alway a lot of fun. People seem happier this time of year (there is always the exception but for the most part this is true). We get to think of things besides the everyday grind and we turn our thought to giving and being grateful for the people and the things we DO have in our lives. If you DO have time to look, there is a lot of (2 comments)

Selling Your Home - Make Buyers Fall in Love - 12/08/09 01:32 PM
I've been seeing articles lately indicating that home sales are starting to pick up. Good News! Still, if you are trying to sell your home, the current market remains challenging. To get the best price for your home, it has to look better than all the others out there. I talk to people all the time who are looking for a "deal". They even say they want a "fixer upper". But, one person's idea of a fixer upper is another person's nightmare. I met a prospective buyer once who defined a fixer upper as needing PAINT. If all it needs is (0 comments)
