What a way to start the day.  Kids come in and wake us up at 7:11 ( bus comes at 7:18) Someone forgiot to set the alarm!
Ok so we hurry up , get them ready for school and my wife drives takes them.  The last thing she asks me...."wiil you feed my horses for me this morning?"  No problem.  Right!
I get to the barn, grab the feed buckets go to the first stall and..............stall door wide open.  CRAP!  At some point horse opened the door, which she forgot to lock last night ( wife forgot not the horse).

Sounds a little silly doesn't it!  We all would definitely not use a part timer for this!  Same would go for a doctor or accountant or basically and professional. 
So why would you use a part time Realtor? 
Because it is the friend of a friend or maybe even a distant cousin? 
When buying or selling a home don't you owe it to yourself to use a professional that is looking out for your best interest, not just trying to get supplemental income? Ask agents when you are interviewing them if this is a full time job or if they have another … (6 comments)

I have a Kubota tractor.  Last winter the hydraulic system malfunctioned and I need to have it serviced.  I had a bad experience with the local dealer, so I found a former customer from my old business who said he had a tech who could fix it.  This tech had come from a Kubota dealership.  No problem.......wrong!  
2 1/2 months later and my tractor was still not fixed.  He tried to charge me for the"work" they had done, but I refused, picked up the tractor and was back to square one.

First-Time Home Buyer Tax Credit - 01/07/09 08:16 PM
Here is a great site for all of those who need info on the $7500 tax credit. It is detailed and answers many questions. Remember, it is 10 % of the purchase price or $7500 as a max. It is basically a 0% interest loan and must be paid back in equal increments over 15 years. It is paid back when you do your taxes. http://www.federalhousingtaxcredit.com/glance.php
