Today's technology will be old tomorrow, so I am always looking for a new way to market homes.  Many buyers prefer text messaging over email or phone calls, especially the fastest growing market of buyers, first time buyers!  Today I started to use Goomzee, a new text messaging service from Realty Connect.  It is an awesome way for buyers to get instant info about my listings.  Try it out.  Send a text message to 44133 with the message 50658  Wait just a few seconds and a text will come to you.  Instant info!
