Sycamore Springs is 136 homes built by Beazer Homes (http://www.beazer.com/) around 2002. Four models from 1682 to 2749 square feet including two single story choices. Pinnacle Communities (www.PinnacleCommunities.net) built the four floorplans of the Canyon Crest community in 2002. The homes range in size from 1602 to 2660 square feet with only the largest model being a 2 story.
