Well, I thought I'd post something that all my fellow loan officers might get a kick out of.  We all know about the recent barrage of sub-prime lenders going belly up and that makes this cartoon just a bit more realistic.  Sadly, it wasn't this way even as recently as 6 months ago.  *sigh* 
Imagine this scenario.....
