problem solving: Can you make a turkey and ham without the ham?

So I roll into Subway today and stumble into this conversation in progress. Keep in mind that I'm not sure how long this has been going on. Customer: "Can I get a turkey and ham sandwich? But can you make it without the ham?" Subway: "Um, I don't think so. You have to have a turkey and ham sandwich." Customer: "Aw, darn, I really just wanted it without the ham. Are you sure?" Subway: "Just a sec. Hey Joe (advanced sandwich artist), can we make a turkey and ham without ham." Joe: "Nope, we still have to charge you for the turkey and ham" Customer: "Ok … (14 comments)
