family: Looking towards the future, Tony & Dani Lewis Summit Real Estate Group - 05/02/20 09:08 PM
Friends, Family & Clients,
The future is uncertain due to the pandemic and home sales in California will most likely fall due to the corona-virus. People returning to work, stay at home order ending and returning to a more normal and stable life will give all of us much needed … (1 comments)

family: America, the Beautiful our American Story 4th of July 2017 - 07/02/17 04:41 PM
Dear Clients & Friends,
Dani & I are proud to be Americans.  We can't imagine the amount of pain and suffering our fore fathers endured for our freedom.   I am a Vietnam Era Veteran and fought to keep America Free and to earn the right to stay in our wonderful nation.  I was in the lottery and drew number 66 out of 366.  Since then we have had an all volunteer military which is most often manned by many that are looking for a better life.  We should keep in mind that most of the affluent of us are not joining … (3 comments)

family: What's Unique about real estate in the Fall? - 09/25/16 08:47 AM
The Fall in Southern California is an incredible time in real estate due to the perfect storm.  Sellers have reached the peak pricing for the year and buyers are able to purchase a home with less competition.  This is that time of year when both parties are happiest with making a deal.

I let her know how much I loved her and appreciated her sacrifices as well as how much of her life she gave up in order to make mine better. Or did I?
I have a philosophy, oddly … (0 comments)
