mls search: Why do I need a Realtor?

I have access to the MLS and know the community that my new home will be located better than most people. I've negotiated everything in my life and I'm really good at it. Why do I need a Realtor? A Doctor has many years of training doesn't operate on themselves. An Attorney has been in court defending other his entire career yet hires an Attorney. A Teacher has taught for years yet attends classes and learn from other teachers. You don't know what you don't know.
