The average price for a 3 bedroom, 2 Bath, 2 car garage fell to $233,750.

Currently Sonora CA Real Estate*
has an average market time of 166 days.

If we take a look at the total picture and include Real Estate in Sonora
CA of all shapes and sizes, inventory remained the same this week at 66
with
an average asking price of $398,772 and an average time of 149 days on
the market.

When compared to the rest of the Northern Tuolumne County there are
421 homes for sale with a average asking price of $349,757 and an
average of 173 days on the market.
