This is our entry into the "OCTOBER CONTEST - TIME MANAGEMENT IS NOT A TIME MANAGEMENT ISSUE" hosted by Grant Schneider.
 
Early in our real estate career we "struggled" with having sufficient time to work with clients, recruit team members, pretty much everything "real estate" AND having enough time for non real estate related activities, including R&R time.
 
One "silver lining" that resulted from the market crash (if one can call anything from the crash a "silver lining") was us putting in place "business hours" for our real estate business.
 
 
Monday through Friday, 7am to 3pm, closed weekends and holidays!!
