Closing a New Home Tomorrow ? Somebody Tell The Seller !!! - 12/31/07 12:37 PM
Does the seller know your closing on your new home tomorrow ? Are they packed, do they have a time scheduled at the Title Company ? Are they ready to move ? Truck rented, or home moving company scheduled ? Utilities to be shut off ? Mail forwarded from old to new house ? In other words, has the selling agent done the job of advising the sellers what needs to happen when you sell homes...... and when.? All too often lately, we get down to "C" day and not everyone is prepared. Generally it is on the sellers side. I don't know why that (1 comments)
Stansbury Park Ads More New Homes... Somebody Cares ! - 12/07/07 09:07 AM
Stansbury Park is adding more and more New Homes every month; and who cares? Evidentaly someone from the azrealestate blogging site. I just can't figure out why they care. Last week these folks from out of state wrote 4 or 5 blogs about Real Estate in Tooele, Stansbury Park, and Grantsville. Some parts of the articles were interesting, some parts were even true. All were written hundreds of miles away from the subject. It's like covering the Grantsville, vs Tooele football game from West Jordan. When your writing about New Home sales, Town homes for sale, Building lots, Real Estate growth, New Houses sold, New Construction and things of that nature (0 comments)
City Of Tooele Home Sales... 64% - 12/05/07 08:43 AM
Home sales in the City of Tooele were pretty darned good last month. (compared to the rest of the county) . Don't call and tell me I'm flip-flopping, I know that last week I said home sales were down in Tooele. That was for the entire county. Actually from Salt Lake to Nevada, and everything in between(thats Tooele County). The City of Tooele actually accounted for 64% of the homes sold in the county. I'm sure you have heard the old saying, "in the land of the blind, the one eyed man is king". This is that !!! Homes put under contract last month numbered almost twice (2 comments)
New Home Sales Incentives in Stansbury Park - 12/04/07 01:45 PM
New Home sales incentives offered by builders in the Stansbury Park area over the weekend were pretty darned good. In fact, some were great! I agree with Corie from our Salt Lake Office when in her blog she noted that Richmond American Homes showed the most vision, by realising the importance of, and by the promotion of New Home Construction in addition to marketing the spec inventory that most builders are worried about.(Richmond only has 3 in Stansbury Park). To create traffic, excitement and to generate new sales, Richmond is offering along with their 35 yrs in business discounts, a FREE COMPLETELY FINISHED BASEMENT on (1 comments)
Home Sales Up In Grantsville, Utah - 12/03/07 08:16 PM
Home Sales look good in Grantsville Utah Published 03 December 07 05:02 PM | Chris & Berna Sloan Home sales in Grantsville Ut. showed some good numbers in November. Not what were used to from that part of Tooele County, but there were signs of continuity in the market. Contracts written on houses for the month actually exceeded homes closed which is a good sign. Homes entering the market (new listings) were about three and a half times the number of homes sold or three and a half months of inventory. Thats a real good absorption rate in this market. Not what weve (3 comments)
Stansbury Park Home Sales In November - 12/02/07 02:21 PM
Published 02 December 07 10:53 AM | Chris & Berna Sloan Homes, and Condominium sales in Stansbury Park this November were about what was expected. Not hoped for, but expected. If your a seller with a home to sell in Stansbury, the report furnished by the Wasatch Front Multiple Listing Service of home sales and new houses listed, will not be your favorite reading material. On the other hand, if you are a home buyer looking to take advantage of the current Real Estate market, and upgrade the family home, this report may help you plan your house getting strategy. The following MLS November home (0 comments)
Tooele November Home Sales Dip - 12/02/07 08:30 AM
Tooele home sales dipped in November, and it was no surprise. By Tooele, we mean those areas that account for 98% of houses sold in the County; Tooele, Stansbury Park and Grantsville and Erda. Historically November is a slow month anyway, but this years figures point to a real "buyers market", and we present this information to let you know that opportunities exist for many families, not just investors, to benefit from what has been characterized as a "dismal market". If your a home seller, that needs to sell, then the market isn't very good, and you need to be patient, price your home (0 comments)
Tooele Chamber, Ads Great New Director !! - 12/01/07 05:43 AM
The Tooele Chamber of Commerce is our last stand. No more.!!! finished !!! But then we said we were done last week. " No more volunteering, no more committees, no more fund raisers, NO MORE 27 HOUR DAYS." That's what we said. We even said that was to be our New Years Resolution. Well either Berna had her fingers crossed, decided to break our New Years resolution early this year, or just can't help herself. We are destined for another year of late night panic phone calls and ulcer producing calamities. BECAUSE !!! Last week, Berna was elected a director of the Tooele (0 comments)
