A New Home builder sent me a promotional brochure last week with a list of New Homes For Sale around Salt Lake Utah. I get them all the time and usually I will glance at them quickly, see if they match what one of my clients is looking for, and if not , toss it.
This one was different. or at least it caught my attention. Heres why !!

Millions from around the world can now pronounce Tooele. Now if they would just buy a house.
Many of you know that I'm a race junkie. 2 wheels or 4, (do they race unicycles?) I love it!
I said on this blog a year ago that this new state of the art facility would propel Utah in general, and Tooele County specifically into the middle of the world stage.
The Hanspeed World Superbike series came to Tooele County and the Miller Motorsports Park and let me give you some perspective on how big that is.

Let's make this very clear, I'm a lousy golfer.
Like many "type A" personalities, I prefer to excel at everything I do, but am not willing to "waste" the time to become proficient at this particular game. So, when Berna told me that I was participating in the Tooele County Chamber of Commerce golf tournament last week, I nearly threw a hissy fit.
 However, Berna being the brilliant woman she is, had me participate by driving the drink cart!

My Monthly Brag About Tooele Short Sales, Real Estate Report - 06/01/08 02:04 PM
It's time for my monthly brag about Tooele County. Tooele Short Sales are still down, and thats a real good thing.
Out of all the homes for sale in Tooele County, and as of the last day of May, there were 609 homes on the market, less than 5% (30) were considered to be a home for sale "under duress". IE: Bank Owned, Foreclosure, REO, Short Sale, or a home that would require the approval of more than just the home owner to be sold.
