I saw this post that Berna put on facebook this morning and thought I had better share this with my folks.It once again supports why it's not wise to wait to buy your new Tooele home.
There are at least 3 reasons why not and while we probably have gone over these before, I am not sure everyone "gets it". Berna outlines in this post 2 of those.

In Tooele we dont think you should wait to buy a home ? Heres why !!! 100% Financing ! And the "perfect storm".
We just had a client close on a home a half hour ago. While this may be news in and of itself, here's the fun part.
How about a legit zero down program (USDA Rural Housing) and a buy-down for a rate of 3.5%!
As I've written before, this home buyers program isn't available everywhere, but it is in Tooele County. (Stansbury Park, Tooele City, Stockton, Grantsville, and Erda) It's a great program for medium income people out there that have … (0 comments)
