Is it a nice neighborhood?
Is it in s good shopping district?
Is it near my spouse's office  or work location?
Is it near my spouse's family and friends?
Does it have a low crime index and or how safe is it?
Is it close to parks and recreation areas?

With all the economic indicators showing are we heading to a recesion, or the housing market has been sluggish in some areas and still hot in some areas, and has levelled off in some areas as well.
what do you think is going to happen, we used to hera that crazy buzz word bubble, people were saying  that sometime last year that it will bubble ,which we never saw, rather the housing market was softenning or correcting itself from those outragious high prices.

Hi agents i need to know what everyone is doing with interrnet buyers, are you following up on those leads and how are you handling them , and converting them to an actual sell.
Most buyers i would say about 85% are starting their search in the internet, what are your success method. I am asking agents that would honestly discuss their strategy so that other agents can benefit from these ideas and if you are not going to give any ideas i advice you do not comment at all.

Good news the dow jones rebounded back to some extent, it is an interesting experience to see this unfold.
I hope it continues to show positive growth because the economy i hope doesn't go into recession as the Fed chairman ,is predicting.
The housing market is also rebounding and this will be good news because these are the pillars of the strong economy , and a recession will cause people to loose their jobs and will lead to economic stagnation.
