Part of a home stagers job during the intitial consultation is to go through the home and figure out the positive and negative aspects of a space. In any room of the house there should be a dramatic focal point that attracts your eye, but is that focal point pleasing to the eye? Does it have a positive connotation or a negative one?

If you need anymore proof that home staging works just ask Rosalie Labbate of Prudential Douglas Elliman in Bayside.
She requested our services after she obtained an REO listing. The house located at 64-54 233rd Street had seen better days. Pictures Are Worth A Thousand Words! Whatever your excuse for not attending this year's RESA Conference, maybe you didn't have enough dough, or your a Ms. Know-It-All, or you didn't know anyone there.
