Just east of Queen and Leslie there is a beehive of activity on a former service repair lot. There is going to be new townhomes built here in the near future, this is a small infill project. I have sold units from this builder in the past. They are very responsive to their customers and the quality of their homes can't be beat.

There is a brand new development happening on Rogers Rd. This little neighborhood is being revitalized bit by bit and right in tune with brand new townhomes and some live work units too. Rogers Rd. is right in between St. Clair Ave. and Eglinton Ave. There is wonderful shops and restaurants in St. Clair Village  to the south.
