A few years ago I responded to an ad for individuals that work in the area to meet up for coffee and networking. Nothing really happened, I traded a few emails with the organizer and that was it. We never did meet up in person. In the spring, I went to the Toronto real estate tradeshow, as you know you really meet alot of people, but from all the people I met that day one person stood out along with a dog I will blog about that later. This guy was running a referral site for agents to send their clients to or anyone else

Parkdale is moving fast and furious with infrastructure upgrades, the Dufferin jog is about to be rectified it only took 100 years to straighten out. The work is well on the way for the new bridge, its almost complete and I can see how traffic will travel right under the bridge. This will change the traffic patterns on the neighbourhood streets. Over this past weekend I could'nt help but hear the sounds of heavy duty jack hammers pounding away. I took a walk to see what all that noise could be coming from. As it turns out the there are 2

This blog has really good information as you walk through a home for the first time. Take the opportunity to see how the home feels and can you imagine living there. I know for some its difficult to see past other peoples taste, wacky colours and furniture placement. Ask yourself, does it feel like home, can you see yourself living here? I am writing this blog to share with you my neighborhood. Its a little pocket in west end of downtown Toronto. Parkdale has come along way from the turn of the century, back then this was hub of the rich. Just walking down the side streets you can see the remnants of opulence. The homes are really big and grand with massive maple trees lined street. This community wraps itself just north of the Lake Ontario, which was once dotted with cottages for the residents, unfortunately none remains today.
