Jumbo Mortgages, They’re Still Here

Jumbo Mortgages are still available today, but they are not as popular as they once were. There appears to be no market for these type of mortgage loans, and with today’s economy in shambles, it should come at no surprise. Jumbo mortgage rates are still fairly low by historical standards, however, those seeking such loans are still fearful of unemployment, tighter restrictions in mortgage underwriting, and decreasing home values.
