Recent news from the RECON center in Texas shows that while foreclusres are up 27% over most of the U.S., they are down by 18% in Texas. This is huge news for us. The market in the DFW area is stable and growing. Oil and Gas revenues are causing housing shortage in certain price points, and the biggest challenge we have is overcoming the global gloom and doom of the new media.
