SPEECHLESS SATURDAY - THE PIZZA WITH A FACE! - 03/31/12 07:04 PM
Today was one of those gray days where the sun barely makes an appearance... Well, tonight while the sun  appeared in the California Sky, it also made an appearance in my kitchen.  
The pepperoni pizza picture is of the pizza that I baked.  
Once I saw it on my computer screen, at the bottom of the pic (in the middle), it looked like LIPS!
Too funny!!
Even though it's not to scale, just thought I'd add eyes and a nose.

Unfortunately, I saw her a few times this week.  Not so fun!  But, I do think it’s GOOD to keep our sense of humor and like the saying goes, “Keep calm and carry on”.  
 
Next time you’re in a restaurant, classroom, at work,  on the road, or at an event.. If you see her, tell her she’s wonderful!

GET OUT OF YOUR HOUSE, MR SELLER! - 03/03/12 01:27 PM
There are several things a Seller can do to help facilitate a quick sale.
The first is to not be home when potential Buyers are there to view your home.  There really is no reason you need to be there, except if you have a family member and/or pet who is not able to be left with others, valuables or possible something in the home you're concerned potential buyers could get their hands on (hopefully NOT!), or maybe you can't leave because due to a handicap, or injury.
Those are all great reasons not to leave....
