My response was that in 2005-7 the buyers and sellers experienced a taste of what the investors in real estate have enjoyed for decades. Hello Everyone, Well, some may say it is that time of year, but homes have been accumulating all year in 2009. Expired homes are very high, and many agents can't get homes sold in this competitive market. So why exactly aren't homes selling. Here are the ABC's of what is happening. Three and Four Years ago, homes were selling like hotcakes.
