Lorrie Semler originally blogged this featured post. I always ask if someone is already represented by an agent, if they are, they need to contact their agent. If their agent is out of town or busy, they need to ask their agent what to do about that. The answer should never be to use another agent to show you a property, unless that agent has some type of arrangement with your agent. To say that a real estate agent is just "in it for the money", may sound bad. But, aren't we all in our jobs, for the money? I prefer to spend (1 comments)

Multiple Offer SituationsThe Real Estate Market is slow and values are down. I think most would say that this is a Buyer's Market. As a buyer, you might feel powerful and think you hold all the cards. But the truth is, we are seeing a lot of competition among buyers which results in Multiple Offer Situations.In my 10 years as a real estate agent, I've seen MANY bank owned foreclosure or REO (Real Estate Owned) properties come on the market at such a competitive price that there were several buyers hoping to be THE buyer.
