If their agent is out of town or busy, they need to ask their agent what to do about that. The answer should never be to use another agent to show you a property, unless that agent has some type of arrangement with your agent. Multiple Offer SituationsThe Real Estate Market is slow and values are down. I think most would say that this is a Buyer's Market. As a buyer, you might feel powerful and think you hold all the cards.
