When sellers look for an agent to SELL their home they are looking for someone that has motivation, skills and drive. If an angent shows up that acts like Eeyore, a character from "Winnie the Pooh" they know from the moment they open the door that agent is really not for them. Yet, somehow they list reluctlantly only to find out that they are a "bother" and inevitably their home does not sell.If an agent shows up with the attitude of Tigger and is an outgoing, cheerful, competetive agent who likes to jump ahead of the competition they will thrive!
