Molly was born 2 years ago on January 14^th. Her mother was a 3 pound Chihuahua stray who gave birth to 10 babies! The people who adopted her were not able to take care of that many new born puppies since the mom could not take care of them. That is when our sweet daughter in law called us to see if we could take one.

Well, first you have to understand, we already had 5 dogs and one of them, the oldest our senior Queensland healer was diabetic and she required insulin shots twice daily. But of course, there is always room for one more, and I said we would take one if we could have a female.

I hope the new title makes sense, as you can tell I am not funny. Recently I have been forced to come up with all of the little jokes in this blog on my own. You may have heard in the news that the writers guild is on strike. Well it is important that you, the public, knows that I support the writers guild 100%. My writers have my full backing. Real Estate short sales, in a nutshell..................

This is a repost but a very good Q&A I put together about short sales and how they work.

The changing mortgage industry and a slowing of appreciation are two factors in today's real estate market contribute to the high rate of foreclosures. But here is the secret, the bank is not in the business of owning and selling real estate. They loose thousands of dollars in the process and would be much happier to settle it before it reaches that point, not because they care about you or your credit but because they will save thousands on there bottom line!!!!!! That's where a short sale comes into play. LENDERS actually prefer you to do a SHORT SALE. Homeowners who cant make there monthly payments have the option to sell there home for less then what its worth. Lenders are increasingly willing to work with borrowers faced with a financial hardship to accept a discounted payoff on a mortgage. By completing a Short Sale, your lender has arrived at a solution that is, for them, much better than a foreclosure.Bottom line, your lender wants to work with you.

What happened was I was doing a search for my name on google when I found my blogs contents plastered all over someone elses page. Worse then that she was beating me in ranking! At first I was pretty mad. Even wrote her an email with the title "stealing". The next day I gave her a call.

She had no idea. I gave her the URL over the phone and she was just as shocked as I was. I knew it was some kind of mistake. Apparently the designer of the website did it.

What is interesting is that this site dose very well in the google rankings for a template site. IF you check out the Site Map you will see there are tons and tons of internal linking. He has a lot of reports and they are all titled to the city they are trying to rank in. Check it out and let me know what you think:

He called me to let me know there was some kind of technical mistake I did not really get what, but my content ended up on her blog somehow and her blog was erased. The one thing I did understand, and made sure, was that it would be taken down. . So I just laughed about it......

As for plagiarizing, I think its ok to rift off of other peoples ideas but to word for word copy that's lazy and lame. Also I don't think there is anything wrong with Quoting words someone else wrote as long as the proper credit is given.

What else is funny is, why would anyone copy my writing. There are soooooo many better writers to copy off of out there.

I was doing a search for myself(which you should do every once and awhile just to see whats what) when I found this website: http://www.distinctivehomesofla.com/blogs/

This is a website that belongs to Cheryl-Lynne McInnes at Prudential CA Realt. You can see that she did not even bother to change even a word.

She sells homes in Beverly hills! She(or someone) just directly took my blog posts and put them on this site.

Who ever is running this website just put my content up word-for-word and just changed the picture. I have already requested her to take it down via email. This is just so wrong on so many levels.

This must be some kind of mistake, but here it is so

STOCKTON - A construction crew working on the base of the new county administration building in downtown Stockton uncovered the bones of what is likely a creature that roamed across California thousands of years ago - a woolly mammoth.

The bones, which included a 31/2-foot-long femur bone and other pieces roughly comprising the hind part of a large mammal, were discovered Wednesday buried about 65 feet under the corner of San Joaquin Street and Weber Avenue...........

What I have come to understand is the post-boom real estate market in the central valley is full of micro markets. A micro market could be another word for subdivision. Some subdivisions are holding there values while others are not. For the most part the real estate market in Tracy is all tied together, but when you look deeper and more closely you will see that there are micro-markets in our local market........................

The Byron Hotsprings as it looks today..... 1912 Hotel

This hot springs property is located off of highway 4 near Byron, ca. The known history of these hotsprings spans over 200 years. In that time it has been a salt mine, a resort, a POW camp and now a cow pasture. On this spot there have been three hotels, only one is currently standing. There are also many buildings on the site in various stages of decay. This place is a true piece of American and California history right in our own backyards. This hotel used to be a Mecca for Hollywood stars.

Famous guests included Clark Gable, Jack London, Mae West, Charlie Chaplin, Fatty Arbuckle, President James Garfield, and Francis Bushman.............................
