Her mother was a 3 pound &lt;a href="http://www.akc.org/breeds/chihuahua/index.cfm"&gt;Chihuahua &lt;/a&gt;stray who gave birth to 10 babies! The people who adopted her were not able to take care of that many new born puppies since the mom could not take care of them. That is when our sweet daughter in law called us to see if we could take one. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Well, first you have to understand, we already had &lt;strong&gt;5 dogs&lt;/strong&gt; and one of them, the oldest our senior &lt;a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Australian_Cattle_Dog"&gt;Queensland&lt;/a&gt; healer was diabetic and she required insulin shots twice daily. But of course, there is always room for one more, and I said we would take one if we could have a female. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.tracyrealestateblog.com/2007/12/story-of-molly-by-pat-barringer.html" target="_blank"&gt;STORY CONTINUED HERE..........&amp;nbsp;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description>

But here is the secret, the bank is not in the business of owning and selling real estate. They loose thousands of dollars in the process and would be much happier to settle it before it reaches that point, not because they care about you or your credit but because they will save thousands on there bottom line!!!!!! &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;That&amp;#39;s where a short sale comes into play. LENDERS actually prefer you to do a SHORT SALE. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Homeowners who cant make there monthly payments have the option to sell there home for less then what its worth. Lenders are increasingly willing to work with borrowers faced with a financial hardship to accept a discounted payoff on a mortgage.       <title>UPDATE: OMG, Someone stole my blog content word-for-word! What do I DO?</title>
      <description>&lt;div&gt;This is an update on my previous post please  read........&lt;/div&gt; &lt;div&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt; &lt;div&gt;&lt;a href="../../../blogsview/249363/OMG-Someone-stole-my"&gt;http://activerain.com/blogsview/249363/OMG-Someone-stole-my&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt; &lt;div&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt; &lt;div&gt;What happened was I was doing a search for  my name on google when I found my blogs contents plastered all over someone  elses page. Worse then that she was beating me in ranking! At first I was pretty  mad. Even wrote her an email with the title &amp;quot;stealing&amp;quot;. The next day I gave her  a call. &lt;/div&gt; &lt;div&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt; &lt;div&gt;She had no idea. I gave her the URL over the  phone and she was just as shocked as I was. I knew it was some kind of mistake.  Apparently the designer of the website did it. &lt;/div&gt; &lt;div&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt; &lt;div&gt;What is interesting is that this site dose  very well in the google rankings for a template site. IF you check out the Site  Map you will see there are tons and tons of internal linking.&amp;nbsp; He has a lot of  reports and they are all titled to the city they are trying to rank in. Also  I don&amp;#39;t think there is anything wrong with Quoting words someone else wrote as  long as the proper credit is given. &lt;/div&gt; &lt;div&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt; &lt;div&gt;What else is funny is, why would anyone copy  my writing. You can see that she did not even bother to change even a word. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;She sells homes in Beverly hills! She(or someone) just directly took my blog posts and put them on this site. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Who ever is running this website just put my content up word-for-word and just changed the picture. I have already requested her to take it down via email.       <title>History of the Abandon Byron Hotsprings</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;The Byron Hotsprings as it looks today..... 1912 Hotel &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;img src="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/7949/2223/320/hotel.jpg" height="240" alt=" " width="320" /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This hot springs property is located off of  highway 4 near Byron, ca. The known history of these hotsprings spans over 200  years. In that time it has been a salt mine, a resort, a POW camp and now a cow  pasture. On this spot there have been three hotels, only one is currently  standing. There are also many buildings on the site in various stages of decay.  This place is a true piece of American and California history right in our own  backyards.
