This evening I received some awful news on behalf of my clients. (This is the part of the job that gets really sticky for me.) The bank (Saxon Mortgage) is not going to honor their request for a Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure. Why? Because they have already incurred more costs in the (17 comments)
