Based on the tons of offices and agents/brokers who are out of business and the lack of thier effort to expand thier ways, they need to be everywhere on the internet. I changed the categories to just real estate.

Boy as tough as it is to find customers I have a hard time when only a few have taken advantage of free places to list properties and services. I have been offering my site- A One Of A Kind- to all the industry and a select few have jumped on the ban wagon. One southern california real estate expert said to me even with the cost of my ads he does not understand why ALL real estate services are not listing ads on www.iwannatrade.com it only takes a little time and the banks would love to see more places and more effort to rid of those dreaded foreclosed properties.

I can go on about the question "Are You" but you get the point! We have seen the layoff notices for about all business. I want to see places from the teachers to walmart to taco bell and all the rest get together and work on a plan within each business to keep as many people working by a cut back across the board.

An example: Teachers don't need crowded classrooms, more kids in every class do to layoffs they need to make the necessary cut in everyones pay including all employees. Do a percentage cut across the board so it is fair.

Which is better? All the teachers working for less? or A select few working with crowded classrooms while other make nothing at all?

Another example: Lenders should allow the renters who pay rent to stay in the repo's/bankowned properties this would keep the cash flow and create jobs for the real estate industry, agent could be paid a small fee for collecting rent and manage properties.

I support the idea of all of us working on the idea of helping keep as many jobs as possible and it will take everybody to make this work. If the actors/hollywood make some cuts then the tickets to go to the movies should drop and people can afford them. That brings us back to the question:

Which is better? Everybody going to the movies for less? Or a select few going to the movies leaving seats open that could be filled by working together.

With this approch it will work-Hmmm Maybe!--------- Come Together Right Now!!

Teachers Who Teach Do Touch Our Kids!! A Great Story

I have some of my old students who still get in touch with me from time to time.

One day a teacher asked her students to list the names of the other students in the room
on two sheets of paper, leaving a space between each name.

Then she told them to think of the nicest thing they could say about each of
their classmates and write it down.

It took the remainder of the class period to finish their assignment, and as
the students left the room, each one handed in the papers.

That Saturday, the teacher wrote down the name of each student on a separate
sheet of paper, and listed what everyone else had said about that
individual.

On Monday she gave each student his or her list. Before long, the entire class
was smiling. "Really?" she heard whispered. "I never knew that I meant
anything to anyone!" and, "I didn't know others liked me so much," were most
of the comments.

No one ever mentioned those papers in class again. She never knew if they
discussed them after class or with their parents, but it didn't matter. The
exercise had accomplished its purpose. The students were happy with
themselves and one another. That group of students moved on..

Several years later, one of the students was killed in Viet
Nam and his teacher attended the funeral of that
special student. She had never seen a serviceman in a military coffin
before. He looked so handsome, so mature.

The church was packed with his friends. One by one those who loved him took a
last walk by the coffin. The teacher was the last one to bless the coffin.

As she stood there, one of the soldiers who acted as pallbearer came up to her.
"Were you Mark's math teacher?" he asked. She nodded: "yes." Then he said:
"Mark talked about you a lot."

After the funeral, most of Mark's former classmates went together to a luncheon.
Mark's mother and father were there, obviously waiting to speak with his teacher.

"We want to show you something," his father said, taking a wallet out of his
pocket "They found this on Mark when he was killed. We thought you might
recognize it."

Opening the billfold, he carefully removed two worn pieces of notebook paper that
had obviously been taped, folded and refolded many times. The teacher knew
without looking that the papers were the ones on which she had listed all
the good things each of Mark's classmates had said about him.

"Thank you so much for doing that," Mark's mother said. "As you can see, Mark
treasured it."

All of Mark's former classmates started to gather around. Charlie smiled rather
sheepishly and said, "I still have my list. It's in the top drawer of my
desk at home."

Chuck's wife said, "Chuck asked me to put his in our wedding album."

"I have mine too," Marilyn said. "It's in my diary"

Then Vicki, another classmate, reached into her pocketbook, took out her wallet
and showed her worn and frazzled list to the group. "I carry this with me at
all times," Vicki said and without batting an eyelash, she continued: "I
think we all saved our lists"

That's when the teacher finally sat down and cried. She cried for Mark and for all
his friends who would never see him again.

The density of people in society is so thick that we forget that life will end
one day. And we don't know when that one day will be.

So please, tell the people you love and care for, that they are special and
important. Tell them, before it is too late.

it, you will have, once again passed up the wonderful opportunity to do
something nice and beautiful.

Spring Cleaning - Turn Useless into Useful‏

It's that time of year again - time for Spring cleaning. As the weather is getting much warmer and the days longer, I am getting more motivated to get more done around the house and yard.

Inside so much seems to have accumulated over the winter. It's time to sort, trade, giveaway, or sell all the "treasures" that are sitting in the garage, stacked in a corner, cluttering the closets, or collecting dust in the attic and basement.

Take it "One Room at a Time" - no sense in getting overwhelmed by the yearly chore ahead of you. Start by sorting through the drawers and closets. If it's not been used or worn in over a year and is not of extreme sentimental value to you, it really needs to go. As someone who likes auctions and yard sales, I look at it like this. If I get rid of what I don't need and use I can make room for all the new treasures I am going to find this summer - such a happy thought.

What can you do with all these items that you have sorted through and just can't throw them away because they are still useable? Donate some things to Goodwill, the Salvation Army, or your local thrift stores, have a yard sale, post the items on websites such as www.iWannaTrade.com that offer free classifieds and auctions, and of course recycle if possible.

March is National Craft Month - Share your craft skills with a friend, your neighbor, or a family member.

Growing up I learned to crochet, knit and sew from my grandmother and mother. I carried this tradition on with my family. I taught my daughter to crochet and my niece is now interested also. Craft supplies were always available at our house and creativity was encouraged.

Encourage your children by keeping crayons, paints, drawing paper, and other craft supplies available and accessible. My favorite activity when my children were younger was to line my kitchen wall with newspaper rolls that were available from my mom's work. My children and their friends would spend a lot of time drawing on those papers. They couldn't seem to come into the kitchen without picking up a crayon and drawing. When the paper was full, we would just replace it with new sheets. I think the greatest thing now is the chalkboard paint. Purchase the craft kits for children such as woodworking, candle making, jewelry/beading, etc. These encourage them to explore all the different crafts to find what they enjoy.

Yes the 90's all over again but hit much harder!! And still people think only a couple of years and this will be all over! I question the ones who have been through the last mess, how they figure this will be over this year or next. Just think it took all those years to get the US in a trillion dollar dept. And over nite we are now 2 trillion in dept. Sounds like we have a lot of work ahead of us. What do you think?

Bank Repo's Are They The Best Buys? Somethings To Consider

I have seen hundreds of bank repos sold, then shortly there after the house next door goes up fo sale at a better price. Some due to job loss, some due to health, some just to move away. No matter what it is the question is: Are bank repo's the best buys? Bank owned properties some times go to auction. They are sold-well they get bids and we are told they are sold, but the bank does not except the bids! you know the ones then the realtor gets it back and starts over most of the time the listing price is less. As I watch all this mess going on questions like, is this the best time to buy?, are the banks going to ease up on loaning money? With so many houses on the market how come some banks are still funding new housing projects? Will the money we are giving to the banks end up helping people who need help? Are realtors doing all they can? Are banks doing all they can? Are the cities, county, states doing all they can? Why are the renters booted out of houses when they were paying rent it's not thier fault the home owner was not paying the banks?

It is time for family and friends to work together. You have seen how hard it is to get a few people to agree on what to do! Think of how hard it's going to be to get nations around the world to agree on the hows and whats we need to do. I don't have the answers but I do know we all need to work this out as a team. No one single act will fix this.

We Still Need to Make Some Cuts-Tighten Up The Belts-Stop Putting Money In Just To Keep Up The Hours! EVERBODY MUST MAKE CHANGES!!

For this to work we can not just put money in! We need to change some ways business is done. Look at it this way, layoffs or cut some wages and hours back. From the top CEO's to the floor sweeper if we want to get back to the way it was, and the way we want it to be, then change now.

Ok-Great the stimulus package passed, California has a Plan, other states are gearing up to apply the money out of the stimulus package.

But the first thing they said is we now can keep the state workers layoffs from happening. Lets all take a little less vs some having nothing at all!

Does this mean the other folks who have already lost thier jobs get jobs back or what? Some work vs no work!

Can people who want to go on strike now hold off till the swing is upward? Wait till the pot has something in it before asking for more!

The CEO's should not get any perks till they pay back the money we loan them! All the CEOs should be offering this or retire!

Can we stop making the multi million dollar deals for a single player/actor? This one hurts those who have lost a job or a house and can't even buy a ticket to a ball game or a movie!

"Bill Clinton" we want the truth from Obama, You Said he should tell us about a brighter future out of one side of your mouth and the other said "I like the fact that he didn't come in and give us a bunch of happy talk." We all know it will get better someday. What have you done? Do you still charge thousands for a talk? Are you making millions and giving back to the people or just keeping the cash?

Obama may just be the brighter future! Time will tell.

The news media didn't cause the problems but people sure blame them like they did! Yes they could present it better, but an apple is an apple no matter how you say it.

What Goes Around Comes Around! Let's all get together agree doing something is better than doing nothing at all!
