The New Year! - 01/08/11 11:01 AM
  Well, I just got thru going over a summary of my sales last year and altho the best year in my brief career, still WAY short of my goal. This year has started with an accepted offer on one of my client's property and two more listings with an "automatic" sale built into one of those (i.e. - he knows what he wants to buy when one of his two places sell...and it's one of my listings as well!!)
  Altho interest rates are supposed to go up, I don't see a major jump (knock on wood or anything looking … (2 comments)
