I've read that more and more agents are taking their mobile offices to places like Starbucks because of access to wifi and the opportunity to meet new people.  
I am going to allow about 1.5 hours out of my day this week to work from my mobile office at Starbucks.  Armed with by tablet, iPhone and a smile, I will see if I can gather any leads. 
Who wants to try it with me:  Free wifi, coffee & lattees available, opportunity to network & gather leads!

I didn't go shopping today but I do have a tip that is just as good as some of the Black Friday deals.
You can send text messages that don't count toward your monthly allotment because not everyone has an unlimited text messaging plan.
You might have a client that prefers to communicate through text and forgets that sending numerous texts a day can add up.
You can send text to an email address because each carrier has an email address that you can use with your client's email address.

The Junior League of Tyler presents Mistletoe & Magic - White Christmas from Nov. 16th-19th at Harvey Hall Convention Center.  
This is an annual event that features a collection of specialty stores and shops.  Vendors come from coast to coast to offer some of the best items for holiday shopping.
General admission is $8 per day.  Tickets can also be purchased for the Preview Party on Wednesday evening and brunches featuring style shows and preview shopping.

The timing is perfect for those looking to get into a home during the Holidays for little out of pocket!  
HUD's $100 down payment initiative is back in Texas.  Those purchasing a HUD Home with FHA financing, can pay only $100 down instead of the usual 3.5%.  
There is a catch.  The purchase price must be at least the asking price.

It just might be that time.  If you need to sell your home and the buyers aren't coming, consider renting out your home so that you can make that move.
In some markets, home prices continue to decline so it isn't a good time to sell unless you have been in your home long enough to have equity.  Unfortunately, too many homeowners are "under water".
