As far as I know, this Louisville KY home is not in foreclosure, I just like to have photos of great Louisville homes in my posts. Given that interest rates, home inventories and average home prices are all favorably positioned for home buyers, why does the housing market continue to muddle about? One of the bigger reasons is distressed homes. Distressed homes are properties that are under foreclosure or impending foreclosure because the home owners have been unable to make their payments. Shakes Run boasts some new construction design flair that isn't typical to Louisville, KY. Shakes Run a beautiful, newer neighborhood off Fisherville Road south of Shelbyville Road. From the same developers, Canfield, as the wonderful East End subdivision Beech Spring Farm. November Saw Increase in Contracts Nationally - 01/02/11 06:09 PM
Getting an accepted contact is a very important step in the entire process of buying a new home. It is also one of the data points that is tracked by analysts. November saw an increase, albeit a small one, is still a positive note nonetheless.
The National Association of Realtors said Thursday its index of sales agreements for previously occupied homes increased 3.5 percent last month from a downwardly revised reading in October. Contract signings were up in the West and Northeast, but down in the South and Midwest.
