Clients of mine recently returned to their home here in Sun City Grand after spending the summer at their home base in Missouri. They purchased their winter home from me in the spring of 2009.
During the inspection period they had a termite inspection. At that time no termites were detected. The previous owner had a transferrable termite warranty on the home that was good for 1 year from the time it was purchased.

On December 4th 2009 I was graciously invited to a Christmas Party at the Leavenworth County Club, Presented by Premier Title. It was a buffet style dinner, and after the first bite, I was in awww. This was some of the best food I had had in a LONG time...maybe ever! With foreclosures still occurring in record numbers, the administration has announced that it will be making some changes to its "Home Affordable Modification Program."
The original $75 billion Treasury program was put into effect to help potential foreclosure victims by enticing the banks to create loan modification programs for those who needed them.
