For those of you who know me. . .Well, you are aware of my love affair with CNBC.  Below is a short clip from today that is worth blogging about.  I follow the Case Shiller Home Price Index along with stats that are published by NAR. . .etc.   Basically, we have The Realists vs. The Optimists "in the great real estate debate".  So, let's get real shall we?  In the segment below, I think Cameron hit the nail on the head and Patrick needs to pull his head out of the sand.

Sharing My Good Fortune - 01/02/11 02:14 PM
I thought I would share my good fortune with all of you.  Here are the fortunes from my December fortune cookies.  I know it is a lot, but I love Panda Express and could live on their steamed vegetables and chow mein noodles.  It is very affordable and so easy to zip through their drive through.  Needless to say, they know me pretty well there.  One of my favorite things is getting a fortune cookie.

Volunteer, Adopt or Donate in 2011 - 01/01/11 09:06 PM
Yesterday, I picked up a skinny and shaking little Chiwawa that was running out in the street.  I simply squatted down my by vehicle and it came running up to me.  So, I scooped up this cute, little friend in my arms.  He licked my face and got as close to me as he could to stay warm. 
There was no collar or tag so I walked up and down the block, going from house to house until I found it's owner.  We currently have snow on the ground and it was 20 degrees out yesterday.  Once I found the owner … (4 comments)
