Cabinets get worn down and shabby after a while, and one day they will need to be replaced. This is true in rental property where the use can be a bit more extreme. We had the opportunity to replace one of those sets of cabinets yesterday. The unit was occupied, but we managed to get them installed the same day.
It has been a long time in the works but I am ready to jump into a small 5 day apartment upgrade project. The cabinets had to be ordered 4 weeks ago and they are ready today. The counters were delivered today right on time. All the sinks, disposals, faucets and accessories are on site and ready for a morning start.

Helping Brad Pitt at the Golden Globe Awards tonight. I’m just a contractor from Sacramento but, Brad Pitt asked me to stand in for him tonight at the Golden Globe Award. He suggested the long hair as a disguise, Angelina loved it. Apparently the photographer didn’t see the gentleman walking behind me; otherwise we may have made the cover of some Tabloid.

Maybe you have experienced the frustration of being limited in the size of television that you can purchase because of the opening in your wall cabinet.
