When it comes to kitchen design, homeowners are often struck with the choice between cabinet storage space and an open look. Both are important, but we only have so much to choose from. Removing walls to create an open kitchen can mean losing a large chuck of cabinets.

Shattered glass as a finished product

We ordered a table with a glass table top that is shattered by design. It is an interesting design; at least the family will feel less pressure to handle it with care. J I’m not sure what looks good when it comes to the furnishing of a room, I’ll leave that to those that know better than I.

Custom Design Tile Job? - Photo

I’m not real sure what the thinking was with this tile work. The entire room was covered floors, and the walls from floor to ceiling in the same tiles and grout. That is except for this small strip of tiles which did not match the rest, it just didn’t make sense to see it in the room. Maybe I just don’t understand design.
Ran out of tiles?
Latest design style?
Accent?

I have no idea.
