I'm Having The Same Wood Rot Problem With My Home.
 

 
We often find ourselves working on tract homes in neighborhoods throughout the Sacramento Region. While doing dry rot repairs on one home, neighbors see what we are doing and know that they have similar problems on their own home.
We are more then happy to take a look at their homes while we are there, it beats driving back out on another day.

It is always fun to get under a home and check things out. Maybe it’s because many do not bother to look under a home that things go unquestioned. I recently came across this puzzler while looking at a different issue.
The arrow shows the flow of the main drain line, but the rest is a mystery.
The white PVC pipe is not usually found glue to the black ABS pipe; it went down through the plywood and is not known where it goes. The fitting that it is attached to is odd also. The way it is … (5 comments)

The Chamber of Commerce in Cameron Park is so recent; the Wells Fargo Bank signs are still on the building. That’s has not deterred the move though, the new location is open for business.

A few years ago I was in need of a lumber rack for my truck. I did my research and noticed that the trucks on the road usually had the same truck rack manufacturer – Rack-It truck Racks. This is not an exaggeration, 90 % of the truck racks that I see on the road are manufactured by Rack-It, right here in Shingle Springs, CA.

Ponderosa High School in Shingle Springs, CA will be starting the 2012-2013 school year on August 9th. Many of the student / athletes have been working hard practicing, training and attending sports camps. Included in this group is the varsity football team which will have their first pre-season game against El Dorado High School in Placerville.
