Last winter, there was a moisture intrusion problem in an apartment community in the Sacramento Area. I was called out to look at the situation and give an estimate. Water damage is not uncommon during the rainy months but I knew that it could be solved somehow. When I arrived, it was clear that the soil had eroded from the hill and the surface water was flowing at the same height as the concrete slab of the apartment.

Ever wonder what the source of that foul odor is in your bathroom?
