I'm very close with my niece, Zoie.  Newly married and now pregnant with her first child. she made a decision that she wanted to move to North Carolina from Colorado.
Thrilled with the news (now I'll get to see her more often), I suggested that she needed to look into the Raleigh area. 
Since Raleigh is a growing area which ranks number 1 in many categories within North Carolina cities, I thought it was a perfect fit.
I immediately contacted my friend, Craig Rutman, who kept us informed of the market.
