The most important thing is WHO ARE YOU FOR?
If you relocate to our state you have to declare within a month WHO ARE YOU FOR?
I remember playing on the play ground in first grade, minding my own business when an upper classman got in my face and ask me the question: WHO ARE YOU FOR?
The missing OBAMA yard signs were seen
Saturday along Hwy 20 west of Birmingham, everyone of them had a large G hand written in front of the O
so they all read: GO BAMA

I don't want to bother my Realtor - 10/28/08 09:26 PM
I got a phone call yesterday
A nice young lady called me about my listing on Shades Crest in Vestavia Hills. During the interview she told me that she wanted me to show the house to her and her husband. They own a small 3/2 in Homewood not on the market. They had seen my listing on line and knew it was a great price for this 5 BR remodeled home. I asked if they had a Realtor, she said yes but did not want to bother her.

this is a response to a question from my last blog:
an active rainer sent me a question: what could be a benefit by attending a turning point retreat.
 
I have benefited by getting away from working in my business for a couple of days and working on my business.
I always come away with renewed optimism and enthusiasm.
A pinpoint focus on building a business by referrals. Instead of fretting about a down market and the bad news of the day I'm intentional on proactivites that builds relationships.

Hey Guys, are any of you going to attend the Buffini Turning Point Retreat in Atlanta Oct.20-21, held at the Cobb Co. Convention Center? 
My Real Estate career started at this venue four years ago. Just weeks after I had passed my State Licensed test one of the Brokers I interviewed gave me a book written by Brian Buffini, " Oh, By the Way". ok guys I am about to join the youtube community. I need some advice on watch digital video recorder to purchase. I want to make THIS VIDEO ASAP !  In my video: My client ( the seller) will impersonate Sarah Palin while looking at my new listing (as of yesterday) as a prospective buyer.
