Miracles do happen...I just Listed a Short Sale in Granite Bay, Ca that was on the market 444 days before the sellers fired their 1st short sale agent and hired me. I felt like I have to do everything I can to help this family before they give up all hope. After 32 days on the market with me, I receive an all cash offer. If their isn't already 5 offers by the first day the next up hill battle is the Listing Agent!!!!!
I have been showing my buyers around every other day and it feels like we have seen 100 homes....We have written multiple offers & the latest thing I keep hearing from listing agents is (I WANT TO DOUBLE END THE LISTING) WOW I feel like If I really care about my buyers, I should tell them if you want the house use the listing agent! Is it a BUYER'S MARKET YET or NOT?
I was amazed when I had an "OPEN HOUSE" and it seemed more like a "MAD HOUSE" I must say it was a great turn out at least 49-50 FAMILIES (not people) each Family had to have had 3-4 people that walked through the door at any one time between 11:00-3:00. Seriously I received 10 offers at least 6 out of the 10 offers were 25,000 over asking price with in 3 days on the market....3 of these offers were ALL CASH up to $475,000! WOW Buyer's are on the move...only thing we don't have enough inventory … (2 comments)
