Based on everything I'm seeing in the market, with the exception of credit tightening and rising interest rates, leans towards a positive finish through 2007 in the Apex real estate market.

Our community is in the news-Again!! This year Money Magazine's best place to live focused on small town America. They actually looked at towns between 7,500 and 50,000 in population.
