In fact Inman predicts that the Raleigh-Cary Real Estate Market will outperform all others in 2012! I'm not surprised. I've recently had the pleasure of working with Buyers looking for a Luxury Home in Cary. Just last weekend I showed a home in Preston and the Listing Agent sent me an email asking for additional feedback to my comments on why the home we viewed did not compete with the other homes on the market based on price and updates that are needed. I am so excited I can't stand it! Yes, I'm a "techy geek" and I just love being on the cutting edge. Two weeks ago I attended the CRS 206 Technology Course and I just had to have the Flip Video. Our instructor, Mike Selvaggio, did a quick demo and it was love at first sight!! The Flip Video seems incredibly simple and easy to use and takes up to 60 minutes of videos.
